How to Reduce Shrink Sleeve Wrinkles

Wrinkles are usually caused by a combination of sleeve fit, container handling and tunnel settings. Solving the problem means checking the whole sleeve application process rather than only increasing tunnel heat.

Check the sleeve before adjusting the tunnel.

A sleeve that is too loose, too tight, poorly opened or badly cut can wrinkle even if the tunnel is set correctly. Sleeve quality and machine setup should be checked first.
