Food and drink sleeve labelling
Sleeve applicators for food and drink bottles, jars, tubs and tamper-evident bands.

Small bottles and vials can be difficult to sleeve because they are light, narrow and easy to tip. Horizontal handling or rotary systems may be considered depending on pack stability and sleeve position.

Stability
Very small containers can tip or spin on a conventional conveyor. Horizontal systems, rotary handling or dedicated guides may be needed for repeatable sleeve placement.
Sleeve position
Neck bands and small body sleeves need accurate cut length and placement because small errors are highly visible.
Avoid poor fit
Small pack or sleeve differences can change the correct applicator, mandrel, conveyor and tunnel arrangement. These checks help prevent a machine being chosen on headline speed alone.
Quote details
For a useful recommendation, send the container dimensions, filled weight, sleeve material, lay-flat, cut length, target output, photos or drawings, and where the sleeve needs to sit on the pack. If the project is going into an existing line, include available conveyor height, line direction, utilities and footprint.

Some products are better handled horizontally, especially if they are too unstable upright.
It can be considered for small or unstable containers where controlled handling is needed.
